Mr Artherton and his guard dog, Hoochy are in charge of security at the studios of The Star Company. Each employee has their own ID card and every visitor has to check in with Mr Artherton before they are allowed to enter the building.

Security is very tight as The Star Company has suffered a series of break-ins and robberies over its long history. Mr Artherton has a rubber security tree house with banks of CCTVs which monitor every area of the studios. For protection he carries a gun that fires black paint balls.
