KS2 children from the Cluster primary schools met at Saxon Way Primary School for three workshops, run by two artists from University College for the Creative Arts. They learnt about perspective and the use of colour so that they could produce a group of canvasses depicting prominent buildings around Medway, with the river being the common theme. On the last day, the children were joined by their families to produce the final collages. Everyone had great fun and the final artworks made a bright and colourful display.
Pictures of the collages can be seen in our pupil gallery.
